I looked at the zoho site. Here at CYF we were initially using the zoho wiki but I had problems remembering to check and use it. I'm not sure what the advantage is for much of zoho if everyone in your office is using the microsoft tools.
I think the planner might be helpful for organizing activities among friends, (as it's sometimes hard to coordinate) but I don't think they would all use it.
I did post to the ihcpl wiki but immediately found the way it emails you when others post to be annoying. I don't want more email than I get now.
